Meet The Board of Directors
Mr. Adebayo Adetunji Adeleke, MIoD
Chairman
Mr. Adebayo Adetunji Adeleke MCloD is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Delta State University. He also holds a Certificate of the Wharton Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
He has over 35 years work experience spanning petroleum marketing, Investment Banking and real estate sectors. He is an astute businessman and a key player in the Nigerian Capital Market.
Mr Adeleke sits on the Board of Industrial & Medical Gases Plc, Unitrust Insurance Company Ltd and Trans-Nationwide Express Plc. He was a former Director of May & Baker Nigeria Plc. He has been a member of the Statutory Audit Committee of Lafarge Africa Plc, Honeywell Flour Mills Plc, Newrest Plc, and WEMA Bank Plc among others.
He is currently the Group Managing Director of Lancelot Group and a member of Institute of Directors both in Nigeria and Ghana.
He is the Founder and President of New Heartbeat Charity Foundation.
Mrs. Iniobong Obot Utere
Director
Mrs Iniobong Obot Utere is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Tax Professional, with a strong academic background and a passion for excellence. She is a First-Class graduate of Accounting and a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance, both from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), she possess expertise in financial management, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
As the Managing Partner of Ini Utere & Co., a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Professionals, she oversees the strategic direction of the firm, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to the clients. She is a trusted advisor to individuals, businesses and organizations.
In addition to her professional certifications, she is also a Graduate Member of the International Academy of Forensics, demonstrating her expertise in forensic accounting and investigative techniques.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a Christian by faith, enjoy reading, traveling, exercising, and meeting new people, with a friendly disposition and a love for adventure and new opportunities. She looks forward to connecting with like-minded individuals and exploring new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Mrs. Martina Samuel Osague, FCMR
Managing Director
Martina S. Osague is the Managing Director/Registrar of Lancelot Registrars & Investor Relations Limited. She is a First-Class graduate of Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from the University of Lagos. A fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers with over 25 years of cognate capital market experience. She had a stint with Jide Taiwo & Co. before moving on to the capital market.
She is an alumnus of the Metropolitan School of Business & Management UK. She has attended executive management trainings at the Lagos Business School, International School of Management, Lagos, EuroMoney in New York City and the London School of Business & Finance. She is a SEC Sponsored Individual and a skilled professional in developing strategic relationships and forging partnerships to create benefits for all stakeholders. She brings on board her wealth of experience across the capital market and the real estate sector.
Mrs. Abiodun Fatima Igben, FMCR
Director
Abiodun Igben has over twenty two (22) years of work experience in Equity Capital Markets with focus on Share Registration and maintenance of Shareholders’ Registers, with a zeal for Client Services and Client Relationship Management. Abiodun was the Deputy Registrar and Group Head at Veritas Registrars Limited (formerly Zenith Registrars Limited – a subsidiary of Zenith Bank Plc), responsible for the coordinating Business Development, Dividend Management processes, Customer Care, Customer Service, and Probate Administration.
Abiodun holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria; an MBA (Finance) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), Ondo State. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (FCMR), as well as a registered professional with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
Within her two decades career as a Capital Market Professional, she has attended several leadership and strategy courses at the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) and Lagos Business School (LBS).
She enjoys time with family, travelling, meeting people and counseling.
Abiodun is current working in United Kingdom as an Investment Analyst.
Mr. Austin Chukwuma Ugbebor
Director
Mr. Austin Ugbebor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Esdiac Global Systems, a multinational consulting and product development firm specializing in telecommunications. He is also a co-founder and owner of Intra Care Health Care Group. He also has business interest in agriculture and real estate.
Mr Ugbebor is the Founder and President of the Coalition of African Chambers of Congress in North America.
With over 35 years experience in business in the United States, he has followed his entrepreneurial spirit, building a career across multiple industries.
He is passionate about sectors where minorities are underrepresented and is dedicated to uniting the African diaspora and bringing valuable resources to underserved communities with a mission to foster economic growth and inclusiveness.
He brings on board Lancelot Registrars this wealth of entrepreneurial skills, diversity and global perspectives.
Mr. Olufifun Adedamola Adeleke, PMP
Director
Mr. Olufifun Adeleke is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc.) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Business Management from KROK University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Olufifun Adeleke is a multifaceted business management professional and entrepreneur with interests across technology, FinTech, digital media and real estate.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), AWS Solutions Architect Associate (AWS-SAA), and GCP Associate Cloud Engineer (GCP-ACE).
He is the MD/CEO of Crown Creative, and a Director at Lancelot Group.

Emmanuel Banwuna
Chief Compliance Officer
Emmanuel Banwuna Adimabua is the Compliance Officer, He holds an LL.B Honours from Obafemi Awolowo University and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he earned his B.L. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. A Corporate Legal Practitioner with over a decade of experience spanning various sectors, including Experiential Marketing, Litigation, Aviation, and Capital Market Operations. He is a SEC Sponsored Individual with deep expertise in Capital Market and assisted with procurement of SEC license to operate Registrars business for Lancelot Registrars and Investor Relations. He has served as the Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer of the Company, a role he has occupied since the inception of the Company.
Emmanuel’s diverse background allows him to seamlessly process and integrate ideas, making him a skilled professional in policy formulation and organizational standardization. He excels in fostering strategic relationships and forging partnerships that deliver mutual benefits for all stakeholders.
Olufemi Olasehinde, ACMR
Head, IT
Olufemi Olasehinde holds Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from African University of Science Administration and Commercial Studies, Lome-Togo. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. He commenced his banking career at United Bank for Africa Plc in 2001 as a teller of the bank till 2002, where he moved to Syntax Solution Nig Ltd as Technical Officer in August 2002, then, moved to Based Venture Int’l as system Engineer in September 2002. He joined Meristem Registrars Ltd as the I.T personnel in June 2006, before he moved to Oceanic Registrars Ltd (now Crescent Registrars Ltd) in July, 2009. He joined Lancelot Registrars Ltd as the head I.T Manager in February 2025. He is a Fellow member of Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Mgt. of Nigeria and UK, also an Associate Member Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). He is a SEC Sponsored Individual and has attended various technical training courses during his career which have contributed to his success story.
Boluwatife Efeoghene, ACMR
Head, Operations
Boluwatife Efeoghene is the Head of Operations of Lancelot Registrars and Investor Relations Limited. She is a graduate of Entrepreneurial and Business Management from National Open University of Nigeria and a master’s in business administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. She is currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and an Associate member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She is an adept Business Development enthusiast with over Twelve years of professional experience in Share Registration and Capital Market Operations, Customer service Operations, Finance, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing and Digital Technology. Prior to her joining Lancelot Registrars & Investor Relations Limited, she worked with PAC Registrars & Investor Services and Africa Prudential Plc.
Khadijat Oyebamiji
Head, Accounts
Khadijah is the accountant of the firm, and she has been with the firm for over 3 years. She is a HND graduate of Accountancy from Osun State Polytechnic with a Distinction grade. She is currently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate of Accounting Technicians of West Africa (ATSWA). She embodies a remarkable blend of brilliance and innovation. One of Khadijah’s traits is her ability to work diligently under minimal supervision. Her self-motivation and discipline drive her to deliver exceptional results, often exceeding expectations consistently. In the professional realm, Khadijah’s innovative solutions stand out, and her knack for finding novel approaches to challenges is highly valued. She envisions possibilities others might overlook and has a track record of turning these visions into tangible accomplishments.
